Our new 2025 Nonprofit Board of Directors Toolkit provides 5 updated chapters of practical guidance for building effective Boards of Directors.

Both Toolkits provide revisions to the 5th edition which will be included in the new 6th edition. Because the full 6th edition is still a work in progress, the chapters in the Toolkits include references to chapters and page numbers in the 5th edition. Once the full 6th edition is completed, the references will be updated. You can purchase the 5th edition of the Handbook from our website or borrow the 5th edition from most Oregon libraries.
